All content, features, and functionality of our apps and services are owned by Elementra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
For apps with subscription features, payment will be charged to your App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Elementra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
